Mobile OBD Testing
Most diesel vehicles with 2013 or newer engines require an OBD emissions test.
Our credentialed testers come directly to your location and use CARB-approved testing equipment to complete and submit the test.
Smoke Opacity and Visual Inspections
Diesel vehicles with 2012 or older engines generally require a smoke opacity test and a visual inspection of the vehicle's emissions control equipment.
We bring the required equipment to your location and submit the completed test through CARB's Clean Truck Check system.
Remote Clean Truck Check Testing
Eligible OBD-equipped vehicles may be tested remotely using an approved connected device.
Remote testing can reduce on-site appointments, simplify testing across multiple locations, and help fleets prepare for the increased testing frequency beginning in 2027.
